Director and founder of XYZ Finance, Esther has a background of more than a decade in Property and Finance, Esther has a wealth of experience in delivering the right results for her clients time and time again. As a business owner, property investor and renovator, she is an expert in her field.
Prior to XYZ Finance Esther’s passion and determination saw her progress swiftly through the ranks of admin roles to landing a General Management role in one of Queensland’s leading finance groups.
It was from these beginnings Esther found an opportunity to provide customers with what they really need – finance in a unique, personable, professional and friendly environment. An experience customers will remember, come back for and tell all their family and friends about.
Esther holds a Bachelor in International Finance, Diploma of Business Management and Diploma in Finance Broking, not to mention she is fluent in French. Her continuing commitment is evidenced in Esther’s success with clients and among the industry. Esther is a Platinum Sales Master with aggregator PLAN Australia and ranked as a top PLAN Australia QLD Broker. Esther will hold your hand, provide a smile and most importantly deliver the finance you are looking for.
Meaghan Deane – Director
Introducing the other brains to the XYZ Finance duo; Meaghan also comes with a decade of knowledge in the finance & property arena.
Providing exceptional finance and mortgage management knowledge, Meaghan has managed accounts with one of Australia’s largest non-bank lenders, settling millions of dollars each month. Prior to this she was a General Manager with one of QLD’s largest finance lending groups – a little gem and a smart cookie too!
As a passionate investor, property owner and global traveller, she is always happy to share her experiences for the benefit of clients.
Meaghan’s attention to detail and organisational skills leave any Blackberry or organiser for dead. Meaghan’s experience, intelligence, personal drive and determination will put a smile on your face because it never leaves hers! She’s always willing to lend a hand, solve problems and simply just provide the best possible finance option.
Meaghan is a Sales Master with PLAN not to mention she holds a Certificate IV, Diploma in Mortgage Brokering & Diploma in Financial Services & Business Management.
Ambah Simmons – Senior Loans Processor
Ambah joined our team in 2013 as a junior and has worked hard showing dedication, determination and a love of finance to become our Senior Loans Processor. She has a background in all aspects of customer service and never leaves a stone unturned to ensure our clients get the best possible outcome and enjoy their experience with XYZ.
Ambah has completed a Diploma in Business and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Brokering which has furthered her knowledge in this industry. She now has the qualifications to match her passion for results! Everything Ambah does is for the benefit of our clients and we know you will love working with her as much as we do.
Nicole Walgers – Loans Processor
Nicole has been with the XYZ Finance family since early 2017. A dynamic and talented team player whose interest in finance landed her a position in the team as a Loans Processor.
Nicole came to the XYZ team multi skilled having worked in the corporate industry for the last 8 years. A down to earth, yet fiercely determined woman who goes above and beyond for clients. Her attention to detail, open mindset and willingness to succeed cements her value within the team and we are looking forward to working with her and are sure you will be too!
Sarah Dines – Loans Processor
Sarah is a highly motivated, organised and hard-working professional, with previous experience working in consumer finance before pursuing a successful care in the aviation industry. However, her love for finance is too strong, and we are happy to welcome Sarah to the XYZ team as our newest Loans Processor.
With a diploma in Business and Tourism and Certificate II in Sales Operations, Sarah now has her eyes set on completing her Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Brokering to further her knowledge in the industry.
We know that is can sometimes be difficult finding a Justice of the Peace in your area, so we are also pleased to have Sarah on board as our in-house Commissioner for Declarations for all your document certifying needs.
Bec Waddell – Loans Processor
Bec has over 30 years experience within the Finance industry. Starting with the Commonwealth Bank from school, she then went on to work within the Motor Vehicle Finance industry where she learned multiple aspects of finance & business. During this time she also complete a Diploma of Travel, Tourism & Business Management. This took her to Managing of a multinational organisation for several years.
Taking a break to raise a family, she has returned to the industry & has been working as a Loan Processor with Mortgage Brokers for 8 years.
Throughout all working experiences, Bec’s passion is customer service, guiding the client through the process from start to finish. She is a friendly, down to earth team member who strives to help achieve clients goals.
Sarah Malby – Loans Processor
Sarah joined the XYZ Finance team in 2019 after working in the finance and real estate industry for 10 years. She brings another happy & helpful face to the team along with a bachelor in financial economic and an extensive background in customer service. She is here to make sure your experience with XYZ is above and beyond your expectations before, during and after your loan has settled.
Previously working for one of the big four banks and within the real estate sector she has gained valuable insight into their processes and is able to use this to the advantage of our clients. In addition as a registered QLD Justice of the Peace she can offer this valuable service to our clients,
Being a property investor and home owner has helped her understand every aspect of the pre and post purchase process so she can use this knowledge to help guide and support your throughout your journey. With her down to earth personality no task is too much and it will always be completed with a smile.
